Aim High. Resilience & Antifragility

The road to the Crown of the Himalayas took 16 years. It is a lesson that success is a marathon, not a sprint. I talk about the "art of suffering", i.e., perseverance, and how to get up after a failure and come back stronger. This is a powerful dose of motivation to fight for ambitious sales and life goals.

Why are high mountains a good model for business?

Because it is a VUCA environment on an extreme scale. In the mountains, as in business, you manage risk with incomplete data. Mistakes in the Death Zone cost lives, which is the best lesson in responsibility and decision-making for leaders.

Does Power Speech fit the IT and Finance industries?

Yes, these are our main target groups. Krzysztof Wielicki does not talk about "walking in the mountains", but about universal mechanisms: change management, team loyalty, and delivering results (Summit Push) in a stressful environment.

What presentation formats are available?

We offer three main formats: Power Speech (45-60 min), Q&A sessions, and closed mentoring workshops for boards (C-Level). Each speech is tailored to the context of the event.

In what languages are the lectures conducted?

Lectures are conducted in Polish and English. Krzysztof Wielicki fluently uses business and mountaineering terminology in both languages, appearing regularly at international conferences.

What are the technical requirements (Rider)?

We require a conference standard: sound system, headset microphone (for hands-free operation), and a screen/projector with HDMI connection to display the multimedia presentation.
